Location was fairly good with a short walk to Xihu and 2 min away from a bus stop...

I understand the need to be energy efficient, but to not turn on the hall way and corridor lights was a little too extreme.

Very nice personell and accomodation. Price was very good (very very) and service related to this price therefore excellent. However, it took some time to get to the West lake (15 min walk) and main action places (you have to take a taxi). Hostel is good for backpackers and people that want to meet other people, experience Hangzhou lake surroundings and have fun!

Staff are helpful and nice. Location is a little fare away but it is good. Room decoration is excellent with Chinese style. We like it and very enjoy to stay here. Short distance to West Lake, 15mins walk, which is great. We have spent a wonderful time at this hostel.

The location is very vonvenient, 10 minutes walk to West Lake. The traditional decoration is very beautiful. The Staff were very friendly.

A very nice place to stay. The dorm room that I stayed was comfortable. The staff were relly helpful.

It was dark when we arrived the hostel. The staff was very helpful. They sent a car to pick us up in the airport and only charge a resonable price. It is safe, clean, comfortable and fun! We are relly enjoy our stay here.

It is much more than a simple hostel, but a comfortable home for travelers.

Staff were very helpful spoke English well so easy to understand. The hostel had a good inexpensive menu a lot of tasty dishes. I really liked how the hostel had a small library that included books from multiple languages.

I found my mattress to be fairly hard and my bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Other than those I loved the hostel completely

A very comfortable place with good atmosphere. Had a nice time to chat and make friends with other travelers. To my suprise, most of the people here speak good English. I would like to stay here again.
